Don't worry, you can breath easy with us, but in case you have any questions, we have you covered with free return shipping and easy exchanges!

 

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EDT ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

  • Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.
  • Standard shipping guaranteed 2-7 business days

Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cannot be modified/canceled once the order has been processed
  • Orders process within 24-48 business hours
    • if you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email info@namastetics immediately and will do our best to correct this.
  • A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled

Taxes and Custom charges

  • All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes
  • All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • All Taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge

Tracking an order

To check your order status:

  1. Log in to your Namastetics account.
  2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
  3. Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
  4. You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.

 

Additional Information

  • Namastetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit
  • The item wasn't quite right? Don't worry, we cover the shipping back to us
  • By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Namastetics Policy

  • Namastetics will provide you with a return label, so exchanges and returns are on us!
  • We offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached
  • We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of you have received your return authorization number by us.
  • The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost
  • Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14-day return policy will not be accepted. Once receive at Namastetics returns, this returned item will be automatically shipped back to you.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Simply email info@namastetics.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) and provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in Nevada)
  • We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange  or return

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Once we received the tracking number of your return parcel we INSTANTLY release the credit store valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange
  • Without a tracking number provided for your return, we will release the credit after we receive the product.

WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT?

  • In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@namastetics.com
  • We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue (Full Refund)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Namastetics
  • Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
