Namastetics Return & Exchange Policy
- Products can be returned for exchange or refund by online store credit only within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached
- The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost
- Any returned item received by us outside of the 21-day return policy will not be accepted. Once received at Namastetics, this returned item will be automatically shipped back to you
- All items discounted by 30% or greater are final sale. They will not be eligible for exchange or return for store credit.
Cost Of Shipping
- Customers (Within USA) will receive free shipping. Namastetics will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
- We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or return
- International customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred

When will my return/exchange be processed?
- Once we received the tracking number of your return parcel we will keep an eye out for your return. Once the package is received by our warehouse we will release the store-credit valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange
What if my product arrives damaged?
- In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue and replace the damaged item.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by Namastetics
- Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements
- Namastetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms by the carrier
