Namastetics Policy

  • - We will provide you with a return label, so exchanges and returns are on us!
  • - We offer store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • - Returned items must be in their original form (not altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.
  • - We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date you received your return authorization number by us.
  • - The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost.
  • - Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. Once received at Namastetics returns, this return item will be automatically shipped back to you.
  • - Any items purchased at a discount of 25% or higher is considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Tracking an order

  • To check your order status:
  • 1. Log in to your Namastetics account.
  • 2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
  • 3. Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
  • 4. You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.

How do I Return?

  • - Simply email info@namastetics.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) and provide you with the full address (our warehouse is based in Nevada, USA).
  • - We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or return.

Canceled Orders

  • - Orders can be canceled within 24hrs of it being made.
  • - Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the parcel has been processed

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • - Once we receive the tracking number of your return parcel, we INSTANTLY release the store credit valued to the amount of the pieces returned.
  • - For exchanges, we will process them for you. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours!

Additional Information

- Namastetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit
- The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable
- By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms
