When will my order ship?
- - All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EDT ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
- - Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
- - Standard shipping guaranteed 2-7 business days
Tracking an order
- To check your order status:
- 1. Log in to your Namastetics account.
- 2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- 3. Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- 4. You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
Taxes and Custom Charges
- - All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes

- - Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email info@namastetics immediately and will do our best to correct this.
- - A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled.

- The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable
