Where is my order shipping from?

  • Nevada, USA.
  • Although we are a Canadian founded business, as an Ecom store, we ship  our products worldwide and to accommodate our customers around the globe, our distribution warehouse in the USA. We ship all of our orders from this warehouse in the US so that we can better serve our customers around the world and alleviate shipping delays. 

When will my order ship?

  • All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EDT ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
  • Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.
  • Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing around all holidays.
  • Standard US Domestic shipping guaranteed 2-10 business days.
  • Standard Canada Shipping is 5-12 business days.

Tracking an order

  • To check your order status:
  • 1. Log in to your NAMA account.
  • 2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
  • 3. Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
  • 4. You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.

Taxes and Custom Charges

  • All international packages (any package being shipped OUTSIDE the US) may be subjected to customs duties and taxes.
  • The customer will be responsible for any customs or duties due upon arrival. Although we do our best to ensure these costs are not incurred by our customers, we are not responsible for any duties charged upon arrival in your destination country.

Canceled Orders

  • Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email info@namaclo.com immediately and we will do our best to correct this.
  • A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled.

Additional Information

  • NAMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 
  • The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable
